MBSR Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

This four-week course is based on the new mind-body sciences and the work of John Kabat Zinn who specializes in using mindfulness meditation to empower individuals in dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and pain.

We will learn the ancient techniques of sitting meditation, walking and movement meditation, and other mindfulness practices which we can then incorporate into modern daily living — allowing us to live a more skilfull and joyful life.
